Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LookUp platform and mobile application (the "Service"), operated by LookUp ("we", "us"). Please read them carefully. This document is a plain-English template and does not constitute legal advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

LookUp is a digital platform that connects drivers who need parking with individuals and businesses that have spaces to offer. LookUp facilitates discovery, reservation and payment, but is not itself the parking operator and does not own the listed spaces.

3. Accounts

Accounts are created and managed in the LookUp mobile app. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

4. Bookings, Payments & Fees

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not store full card details on our web forms.
• Providers set their own parking prices. A LookUp service fee may apply to a reservation, shown to you before you confirm.
• For business and provider transactions, LookUp retains a transaction cut as described in our published pricing.

5. Parking Blockers & Conduct

Certain spaces are protected by LookUp's Parking Blockers. Only the client who has booked a space may lower its blocker during the reserved window. You agree to use the hardware and the spaces lawfully and as intended, and not to damage, tamper with, or misuse them.

6. Providers' Responsibilities

Providers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to list a space, that the space is accurately described and available during the times offered, and that they comply with applicable local rules.

7. Disputes

LookUp facilitates reservation and payment but does not issue parking fines. Disputes relating to a specific space, operator, or enforcement action are handled by the relevant operator. You can report an issue from within the app and our team will help where we can.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LookUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania. The Company is LookUp, Rruga Muhamed Deliu, 1040, Tiranë.
