How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly within the Lookup app. Navigate to Profile > Delete Account. If you no longer have access to the app, please contact us below to request account deletion.
How do I request a refund?
For refund requests, please contact our support team with your transaction details. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis according to our terms of service.
I'm having trouble logging in.
Please ensure you are using the correct email or phone number. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen.
